The 17th Student-Educator Seminar, sponsored by the West Coast Educators Council of Radiologic Technologists will be held April 11-April 15, 2011 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Registration includes all classes and handouts, continental breakfast each morning and breaks. Registration fee information and the registration form can be obtained at the links at the bottom of the page.

Along with many informative seminars, students will also have two opportunities to assess their knowledge of radiologic technology. The Student Bee provides a fun opportunity for students to "compete" with other schools across the country. Make sure to plan to attend this fun and educational experience on Wednesday, April 13th at 7:00 p.m. For a more formal assessment of their knowledge, students may take a computerized self exam modeled after the ARRT exam. Educators, clinical instructors,and radiographers will also find the program interesting and informative. During the sessions hear discussions on the latest trends in education to technology.

A Word on Course Handouts: Not all lectures will require or provide handouts. Those that do should be downloaded from this web site after December 1, 2010. We recommend that you recheck this web site again after March 15th, 2011; since all lectures requiring handouts should be available by then. Remember, it is your responsibility to download and print handouts from our web site for any lectures you plan to attend as they will not be provided at the meeting. Presentations providing handouts that are not available on our web site will be provided at the meeting..

Up to 24 Continuing Education Credits from the State of Florida Department of Health and ASRT will be available during the four-day conference.
